1. THIS IS A VERY URGENT REQUEST FROM THAI PEOPLE ABROAD TO MANAGER.CO.TH AND TO ALL READERS. PLEASE READ OUR REQUEST CAREFULLY (PARTICULARLY PARAGRAPHS 3-4). ALTHOUGH IT’S QUITE LONG, PLEASE SPEND SOME TIME TO READ IT. AND THEN PLEASE ACT IMMEDIATELY BY CALLING KHUN SONDHI OR OTHER PAD’S LEADERS AND LAWYERS TO SUE SAMAK AND HIS GOVERNMENT FOR 4 “TREASON” CASES IN THE COURT NOW. WE SHOULD NOT LET THEM SUE US ONE WAY, BUT WE SHOULD ALSO SUE THEM BACK FOR 4 “TREASON” CASES FOR THE HIDIOUS TREASONS THAT THEY HAVE COMMITTED AGAINST THE THAI CONSTITUTION, MONARCHY, AND SOVEREIGN TERRITORIES.
2. Please read paragraph 3 below carefully on how PAD’s lawyers or any groups of lawyers should sue Samak and his government back for 4 “treason” cases. Also, please read paragraph 4 below carefully on how PAD should defend themselves against the treason case charged by Samak. Please, anybody who’s read our message, may we ask for your kindness to please call Khun Sondhi or other PAD’s leaders and lawyers to proceed to sue Samak and his government for 4 “treason” cases immediately? The time is running out!!!!!! We have to fight with them on every stance—not only by protesting on the streets or by denouncing them on this website, but also by suing them in the court so that they will be jailed for life or even executed!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are too dangerous for Thailand.
3. Despite many messages that we’ve sent to manager.co.th in the past 2 days, we (Thai people abroad) are very disappointed that nobody seems to call Khun Sondhi and PAD’s lawyers to sue Samak and his government for 4 “treason” cases. Why do we let Samak and his government be the only one to sue PAD’s leaders for treason (when what PAD is doing is not treason)? Please, please call Khun Sondhi and PAD’s lawyers to sue back Samak and his governments for 4 “treasons” cases now. The 4 “treason” cases that PAD’s lawyers or any groups of lawyers should bring to the court in order to sue Samak and his government are the “treasons” against Thailand’s constitution, monarchy, and sovereign territories as follows:
(a) Samak’s government has attempted to overthrow or meddle with Thailand’s constitution (in order to nullify all of Thaksin’s corruption cases). This act of trying to overthrow the constitution is against the Thai law and can be charged with “treason.”
(b) Samak’s government has signed a treaty with Cambodia (without discussing with the cabinet/parliament) to allow Cambodia to take over part of Thailand’s sovereign territory in an unresolved joint area of the Khao Pra Viharn site (in exchange for Cambodia’s agreement to allow Thaksin to develop his personal mega business project in Cambodia). Although Nopadol has resigned, it is not enough. This is not just a matter of resignation, but a case for “treason” since it resulted in a reduction of Thailand’s sovereign territory. This is something very serious and the government should be charged with “treason” and even “execution.”
(c) Samak’s government has agreed (without discussing with the cabinet/parliament) to let Cambodia take over Thailand’s sovereign offshore territory in an overlapping offshore area which is full of precious natural gas resources (in exchange for Cambodia’s agreement to allow Thaksin to develop his personal mega business project in Cambodia). Again, this is a case for “treason” since it resulted in a reduction of Thailand’s sovereign offshore territory. This is something very serious and the government should be charged with “treason” and even “execution.”
(d) Samak’s government has attempted to overthrow the monarchy as evidenced in some VDOs featuring Chakrapob’s speeches against the monarchy. Again, although Chakrapob has resigned, this is not just a matter of resignation. It is a case for “treason” since it is an attempt to overthrow the monarchy. This is a serious case against our constitution, in which the government should be charged with “treason” and even “execution.”
4. Please also tell Khun Sondhi and the PAD that they should fight back by “not” accepting the treason case accused by Samak. Please tell PAD not to say that the treason case charged by Samak is too much (because if PAD says that this is too much, it’s just like PAD is accepting that this is actually a treason case and PAD is just asking the government to reconsider this to be a milder case). So what PAD should say is that what PAD is doing is NOT AT ALL a treason case, but Samak charged PAD for treason in order to cover up for Samak’s own 4 "treason" cases committed by himself and his government. At the same time, PAD’s lawyers should charge/sue Samak and his government back right away in the court for their committing the 4 serious “treason” cases mentioned in my paragraph 3 above. At the same time, the PAD should defend their position as follows:
(a) What PAD is doing is not a treason, but is an act against the 4 “treason” cases committed by Samak and his government.
(b) Samak’s government has tried to sue PAD for the treason case in order to cover up for himself and his government’s 4 treason cases (please see my paragraph 3 above about Samak and his government’s 4 treason cases that PAD’s lawyer should bring to the court and denounce them in public).
(c) What PAD is doing is not “anti” democracy, but is actually “pro” democracy against Samak’s “pseudo” democratic government. Samak’s government is not a “real” democratic government, but a “pseudo” democratic government because there is no secret that they won the elections through massive votes buying in rural areas. And massive votes buying has led to the formation of his “authoritarian government” or “pseudo democratic government” dominated by massive corruptions and absolute power to do anything they like, including committing 4 “treason” cases against Thailand’s constitution, monarchy, and sovereign territories in order to protect Thaksin.
(d) What the PAD is doing is a “pro” democracy movement because it’s a movement towards achieving a “real” democracy by engaging full participation of civil society to create a transparency system of good governance for check and balance against Samak’s “pseudo” democratic government which is full of massive corruptions and dangerous treasons.
(e) People should understand that “democracy” is not just about elections. If the elections are tainted with massive votes buying, then the resulting democracy can’t be considered as a “real” democracy. A “real” democracy will have to involve full participation of civil society for check and balance in order to reduce corruptions and lessen the power of any “authoritarian government” who has come to power through a “pseudo” democratic system dominated by massive votes buying. However, even if we assume that elections are fair plays (or not dominated by massive votes buying), we still need civil society participation to create a transparency system of check and balance to prevent corruptions or any government’s misconducts that could have happened.
5. Dear manager.co.th and all readers, we would like to request you to kindly give this message to Khun Sondhi or other PAD’s leaders and lawyers to do what we’ve suggested in paragraphs 3-4 above NOW before it’s too late!!!!!! We can’t just fight with these bad guys only by protesting on the street and by denouncing them on this website. We’ve got to do the real thing by bringing the 4 “treason” cases that they have committed by to the court now!!!!!!!! Thank you.
