ผลวิจัยสมองนักการเมือง "ตอแหล"จากรุ่นสู่รุ่นไม่รู้จบ มีกำไรเป็นตัวกระตุ้นการทำงาน นักวิจัยศึกษาสมองนักการเมืองพบ "ตอแหล" จากรุ่นสู่รุ่นไม่รู้จบ จะทำงานเต็มที่เมื่อมีผลตอบแทนและกำไรงาม หากทำฟรีปฎิกิริยาตอบสนองจะน้อยมาก ศ.นพ.ธีระวัฒน์ เหมะจุฑา ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการโรคทางสมอง คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และนักวิจัยดีเด่นแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยเมื่อวันที่ 16 กันยายน ว่า จากการติดตามและศึกษาปรากฏการณ์ทางสมองที่มีผลต่อการแสดงออกในพฤติกรรมต่างๆ ล่า สุดมีการทดลองที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ และเผยแพร่ในวารสาร Science ฉบับเดือนสิงหาคม 2551 ระบุถึงการเกิดปรากฏการณ์ "ตอแหล" (confabulation) ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการเกิดจากความผิดปกติ ทางด้านความจำ ทั้งที่เกิดขึ้น โดยตั้งใจ หรือไม่ตั้งใจจนเกิดความเคยชินจนเป็นนิสัย ประเด็นนี้ทำให้สนใจศึกษากระบวนการคิดและการทำงานในสมองของนักการเมืองไทย พบว่า มีรูปแบบกระบวนการคิดคล้ายๆ กันมาตลอดตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน คือ มีกระบวนการที่แยบยล แสดงให้เห็นถึงมันสมองอัจฉริยะ วางแผนเป็นเลิศ เช่น กระบวนการล้างสมองประชาชนให้มีความอยากได้อยากมี พึงพอใจที่จะได้ โดยไม่ต้องลงแรงมากและเกิดความผูกพันเป็นบุญเป็นคุณ การใช้ช่องโหว่ทางกฎหมายตีความเข้าข้างตนเอง กระบวนการนี้ทำโดยผ่านระบบสมอง Limbic แต่เมื่อปรุงแต่งโยงความอยากเข้ากับความพึงพอใจในสมองขั้นสูงขึ้นไปอีกและ ปรับปรุงให้ไม่สำนึกจำแนกความผิดชอบชั่วดี ทำให้นำมาซึ่งการโกงโดยไม่จำกัดวิธี "เป็นที่น่าสังเกตว่า ความปรวนแปรของสมองที่พัฒนาในรูปแบบใหม่ แม้จะไม่ถูกต้องและไม่มีจริยธรรม แต่ปรากฏการณ์นี้มีการปฏิบัติซ้ำซาก จำเจ จากรุ่นสู่รุ่นจนเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา ในกลุ่มสังคมเดียวกันและทำให้เกิดข้อกำหนดใหม่จนกลายเป็นสิ่งถูกต้อง เกิดค่านิยมใหม่ วัฒนธรรมใหม่ในสังคมของความอยากได้ อยากมีไม่รู้จบ" ศ.นพ.ธีระวัฒน์กล่าว ผู้สื่อข่าวถามว่า เหตุใดต้องศึกษาสมองนักการเมืองกับปรากกฏการณ์สมองตอแหล แทนที่จะศึกษาในกลุ่มอื่น เช่น นักโทษคดีอุกฉกรรจ์ หรือโจรผู้ร้าย ศ.นพ.ธีระวัฒน์กล่าวว่า ในกลุ่มนักโทษอุกฉกรรจ์ หรือโจรผู้ร้ายนั้น หากเปรียบเทียบรอยหยักทางสมองหรือความฉลาดอัจฉริยะแล้วมีน้อยกว่านักการ เมืองมาก กลุ่มนี้จึงน่าสนใจเป็นพิเศษในการทำงานด้านวิชาการ เช่น การศึกษาในเรื่องการทำงานสนองตอบของสมองส่วนหน้าทางด้านใน (medial forebrain และ orbitofrontal cortex) และส่วนใจกลางสมองอีกตำแหน่ง พบว่าเมื่อได้รับเงินทอง หรือสิ่งตอบแทน สมองส่วนนี้จะทำงานเต็มที่ โดยที่จะส่งผลให้มีการกำกับว่า จะลงมือทำงานอย่างเต็มใจทุ่มเทเต็มกำลังก็ต่อเมื่อได้กำไรมากๆ เท่านั้น ขณะเดียวกันหากทำฟรี ปฏิกิริยาสมองส่วนนี้จะน้อยมาก http://www.matichon.co.th/news_detail.php?newsid=1221546758&grpid=05&catid=01 (http://www.matichon.co.th/news_detail.php?newsid=1221546758&grpid=05&catid=01) หัวข้อ: Re: ผลวิจัยนักการเมืองมีสมองตอแหล....งบประมาณเล้ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ก็โกง เริ่มหัวข้อโดย: นักการเมืองเอาแต่โกง ที่ 17-09-2008, 09:16 วันที่ 16 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2551 เวลา 14:15:07 น. มติชนออนไลน์ อ่านล่าสุด 469 คน
